Everyone should be able to enjoy life to the fullest, which includes participating in group activities and connecting with individuals from other backgrounds. However, because to their special health demands, many persons with disabilities do not get to enjoy the whole experience. This is something we at Noble Care are aware of. As a result, we provide NDIS participants with the opportunity to participate in social activities through our group and in-centre activities.

Our support team will plan social events that will meet the requirements of the clients while also encouraging everyone to participate. These group and in-centre activities have a significant influence on participants, some of whom are

Many persons with disabilities find it challenging to do daily home duties owing to restricted mobility or cognitive incapacity. They would require assistance with some of the chores that they are unable to complete. Noble Care provides a staff of qualified and sympathetic support workers who can handle your housework for you or assist you in doing it yourself. Our support team can help with any domestic duty that the participant need assistance with, whether it be laundry, dishwashing, house cleaning, or cooking. In addition to inside duties, we assist clients with jobs such as food shopping, lawn mowing, gardening, garbage pickup, and so on. Our goal is not to perform all of the work for the participants, but to guarantee that they can live as independently as possible. independently as possible with minimal assistance by empowering them to do the tasks on their own.  

Learning to live independently with little support entails more than just mastering basic household responsibilities. One of the primary goals of the NDIS is to encourage people to participate in a variety of community activities. 

People with impairments can participate in a variety of activities to enrich their life.  Our support workers and plan managers at Noble Care are here to assist NDIS participants in participating in these events. Whether you're seeking for a new activity to fill your time or want to learn new skills, you can do so with the aid of our skilled and certified personnel.  Our staff can assist participants in locating camps, courses, and other activities.

It is critical to develop everyday living skills in order to strengthen one's capacity to live independently. Participants who choose Noble Care as their NDIS service provider will get training and development of life skills from our experienced support workers.

Using public transportation or travelling from one location to another can be difficult for those with disabilities. Noble Care provides NDIS participants with assistance with travel and transportation so that they may travel independently.  Our Noble Care staff can assist participants in using public transportation by showing them the routes, purchasing and refilling go cards, reading bus and train timetables, and the amenities available to make their trip simpler. Taking public transportation may not be an option for many people. Depending on the NDIS plan, we can also assist participants in using private transportation choices such as taxis. We also offer wheelchair accessible vans to transport you, to and from your appointment or other areas in the community. You can count on our staff to drive you to your destination safely and comfortably.

For NDIS members, Noble Care offers a variety of housing alternatives. All of our accommodations are accessible and in handy locations near parks, retail centres, public transportation, medical facilities, and other amenities.

Our accommodations are designed to be comfortable for participants and to make them feel at home while giving a change of scenery. All of our accommodations have been customised to meet the needs of the participants, allowing them to explore the area with minimum assistance. Furthermore, when staying in one of our facilities, we provide personal care services such as personal grooming, cooking and cleaning, medicine administration, showering and toileting, and any other services they desire.

Depending on the participant's NDIS plan ,we can also help them look for tenancy options that will be convenient for them. We offer Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) as well as Supported Independent Living (SIL) for those who would require support throughout the day.  

Many persons with impairments would require aid or monitoring while going about their daily lives. Noble Care is a licenced NDIS provider in Brisbane that assists NDIS participants across Queensland with daily personal tasks as outlined in their NDIS plans. We provide these services to individuals who live in supported housing or in their own homes.

Personal activities that we may assist participants with include:

• Personal grooming
• Medication administration on time
• Toileting
• Grooming and dressing
• Consumption of food and beverages
• Keeping appointments

Aside from this, we may also help participants with personal activities while they are engaged in social or employment activities. We will assign a certified support worker to work with the participant and make certain that all of their requirements are satisfied.
